Study on the quality of life at work at the Federal Institute of Mato Grosso - Campus Pontes e Lacerda-MT

Resumo: | Institutions of education are treated like any business organization in administrative terms, having external and internal influences, and the work of its employees is directly influenced by Quality of Life at Work (QVT). The present article is methodologically qualitative and aims to analyze the Quality of Life at Work (QVT) the Administrative Servants of the Federal Institute of Mato Grosso - Campus Pontes e Lacerda, in relation to work safety, occupational health and accident prevention, as well as as its origin and historical evolution, conceptual aspects, determining factors. The specific objective is to identify the actions developed by the Institute in relation to QVT and the well-being of the servers of the administrative sector and to know the level of satisfaction of them in relation to the program. The methods and techniques used in the study were supported by the discourses of several theorists of scientific research, and the data were collected through questionnaires and internship observations at the institution. In the analysis of the results we can observe that there is interest of the institution in promoting an atmosphere conducive to the servants, as well as they know the importance and they know what it has to do to have QVT, but they treat the subject with lightness. At the conclusion of the topic we can see that few have real interest in the subject addressed, not giving due value to what is being offered to improve the quality of life of the servers, but if we seek to have longevity, we have to worry about the subject and do our life goal. |

El presente artículo metodológicamente es de naturaleza cualitativa y pretende analizar la Calidad de Vida en el Trabajo (QVT) los Servidores Administrativos del Instituto Federal de Mato Grosso - Campus Pontes e Lacerda, con relación a la seguridad del trabajo, salud ocupacional y prevención de accidentes, así como como su origen y evolución histórica, aspectos conceptuales, factores determinantes. El objetivo específico es identificar las acciones desarrolladas por el Instituto en relación a la QVT y el bienestar de los servidores del sector administrativo y conocer el nivel de satisfacción de los mismos en relación al programa. Los métodos y técnicas utilizadas en el estudio fueron amparados en los discursos de varios teóricos de la investigación científica, siendo que los levantamientos de los datos fueron obtenidos a través de cuestionarios y observaciones de práctica en la institución. En el análisis de los resultados podemos observar que hay interés de la institución en promover un ambiente propicio a los servidores, así como conocen la importancia y saben lo que tiene que hacer para tener QVT, pero tratan el asunto con ligereza. En la conclusión del tema podemos ver que pocos tienen interés real sobre la temática abordada, no dando el debido valor a lo que se está ofreciendo para mejorar la calidad de vida de los servidores, pero si buscamos tener longevidad, tenemos que preocuparnos por el asunto y hacer de nuestra meta de vida.As instituições de ensino são tratadas como qualquer organização empresarial em termos administrativos, tendo influências externas e internas, sendo que a atuação de seus colaboradores é influenciada diretamente pela Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT). O presente artigo metodologicamente é de natureza qualitativa e visa analisar a Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT) os Servidores Administrativos do Instituto Federal de Mato Grosso - Campus Pontes e Lacerda, com relação à segurança do trabalho, saúde ocupacional e prevenção de acidentes, assim como sua origem e evolução histórica, aspectos conceituais, fatores determinantes. O objetivo específico é de identificar as ações desenvolvidas pelo Instituto em relação à QVT e ao bem-estar dos servidores do setor administrativo e conhecer o nível de satisfação dos mesmos em relação ao programa. Os métodos e técnicas utilizadas no estudo foram amparados nos discursos de vários teóricos da pesquisa científica, sendo que os levantamentos dos dados foram obtidos através de questionários e observações de estágio na instituição. Na análise dos resultados podemos observar que há interesse da instituição em promover um ambiente propício aos servidores, bem como conhecem a importância e sabem o que tem que fazer para ter QVT, mas tratam o assunto com leveza.
