Cardiorespiratory arrest management for laypeople: integrative review

Resumo: Objective: To identify the perception of lay people in relation to the care of cardiorespiratory arrest in a pre-hospital setting (PHC). Methodology: This is an Integrative Review, carried out between February and April 2022, the time frame established for the research were selected and published scientific articles from 2008 to April 2022, in the languages in Portuguese, English and Spanish in the aforementioned Scientific Electronic Library (SciELO) databases and in Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences (LILACS),  through the Virtual Health Library (VHL). The key words were established according to the Descriptors in Health Sciences (DeCS). Result: the number of articles selected were 132 and after the inclusion/exclusion criteria made up the amount of 04 eligible articles. Final considerations: Through the research, it is concluded that so far, in the State of São Paulo, there are no records of training aimed at the implementation of first aid in schools as a permanent solution to the problem presented. It is of fundamental importance to implement the draft laws in order to reduce mortality by stop in the midst of society, through social projects, which culminate in prevention, promotion and guidance actions as preventive measures and actions to be implemented in practice.

Metodología: Se trata de una Revisión Integradora, realizada entre febrero y abril de 2022, se seleccionaron y publicaron artículos científicos del marco de tiempo establecido para la investigación desde 2008 hasta abril de 2022, en los idiomas en portugués, inglés y español en las bases de datos de la mencionada Biblioteca Científica Electrónica (SciELO) y en la Literatura Latinoamericana y del Caribe en Ciencias de la Salud (LILACS),  a través de la Biblioteca Virtual en Salud (BVS). Las palabras clave se establecieron de acuerdo con los Descriptores en Ciencias de la Salud (DeCS). Resultado: el número de artículos seleccionados fue de 132 y después de los criterios de inclusión/exclusión compuso la cantidad de 04 artículos elegibles. Consideraciones finales: A través de la investigación, se concluye que hasta el momento, en el Estado de São Paulo, no hay registros de capacitación dirigida a la implementación de primeros auxilios en las escuelas como una solución permanente al problema presentado. Es de fundamental importancia implementar los proyectos de ley con el fin de reducir la mortalidad deteniéndose en medio de la sociedad, a través de proyectos sociales, que culminan en acciones de prevención, promoción y orientación como medidas preventivas y acciones a implementar en la práctica.Objetivo: Identificar qual a percepção de pessoas leigas em relação ao atendimento à parada cardiorrespiratória em cenário pré-hospitalar (APH). Metodologia: Trata-se de uma Revisão Integrativa, realizada entre os meses de fevereiro a abril de 2022, o recorte temporal estabelecido para a pesquisa foram artigos científicos selecionados e publicados de 2008 a abril de 2022, nos idiomas em português, inglês e espanhol nas referidas bases de dados Scientific Electronic Library (SciELO) e na Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), por meio da Biblioteca virtual de saúde (BVS). As palavras chaves foram estabelecidas de acordo com os Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS). Resultado: o contingente de artigos selecionados foram 132 e após os critérios de inclusão/exclusão perfizeram o montante de 04 artigos elegíveis. Considerações finais: Por meio da pesquisa, conclui-se que até o momento, no Estado de São Paulo, não se tem registros de treinamentos que visem a implantação de primeiros socorros nas escolas como solução permanente para a problemática apresentada.
