The controversy of a school without party: : for yes/for no to indoctrination

Resumo: Having as reference the French Discourse Analysis, in this article we describe/interpret meanings of the noun phrase School without Party in its relation with the terms freedom of speech, indoctrination, education and teacher, in two discursive formations (DFs): (i) the conservative discursive formation (DFCons.); the progressist discursive formation (DFProg.). Taking as a tool the concepts of preconstructed and interdiscourse, we demonstrate that, for each position given, the political knowledge guarantees the evidence of the meaning for the subject that, by the exteriority of the DF, is taken to identify with one or another established meaning of School without Party. Our corpus is composed by five bills, three for the conservative DF and two for the progressist DF, besides an article published in Carta Maior Portal that represents the position of Teachers Against the School Without Party.

Tomando como ferramenta os conceitos de pré-construído e interdiscurso, demonstramos que, para cada posição dada, o saber político garante a evidência do sentido para o sujeito que, pela exterioridade da FD, é levado a identificar-se com um ou outro sentido estabilizado para Escola sem Partido.
