Resumo: | The present study deals with the understanding of the creation of the Federal Institutes of Education, Science and Technology as a service to the capitalist logic disseminated by social sectors and international organizations. Within this approach, the study is based on documents originating from the World Bank directed to education in developing countries and published by the Ministry of Education and the Secretariat of Vocational and Technological Education with a focus on explaining the creation of the new institutionalized education system. The basis of this study is the Critical Discourse Analysis (ADC) as a theoretical and methodological contribution based on studies by Normam Fairclough (2001), through which the Federal Institutes facilitate responding to the interests expressed in the models contained in international guidelines, such as the Bank World. |
