Resumo: | The aim of the present work was to investigate how Organizational Culture influences the development of bonds between the individual and the organization. As a conceptual framework, the theory that defined Consent and Entrenchment as organizational links was used, in addition to the classic studies on Commitment. To this end, a Case Study was developed in the Military Police of the State of Santa Catarina. It was concluded that all elements of culture demonstrated to contribute to the subjects' perception about the organization, influencing their desire to remain in it and developing, to a greater or lesser extent, the commitment, consent and entrenchment. |

Como marco conceptual, se utilizó la teoría que definía el Consentimiento y el Afianzamiento como vínculos organizacionales, además de los estudios clásicos sobre Compromiso. Con este fin, se desarrolló un Caso de Estudio en la Policía Militar del Estado de Santa Catarina. Se concluyó que todos los elementos de la cultura demostraron contribuir a la percepción de los sujetos sobre la organización, influyendo en su deseo de permanecer en ella y desarrollando, en mayor o menor medida, compromiso, consentimiento y afianzamiento.O objetivo do presente trabalho foi investigar como a Cultura Organizacional influencia no desenvolvimento dos vínculos entre o indivíduo e a organização. Como arcabouço conceitual utilizou-se a teoria que delimitou o Consentimento e o Entrincheiramento como vínculos organizacionais, além dos estudos clássicos sobre o Comprometimento. Para tanto, foi desenvolvido um Estudo de Caso na Polícia Militar do Estado de Santa Catarina.
