Resumo: | The objective of this work is to propose a motivational model of corporate architecture (CA) that represents the vision of IT executives and enhances the alignment of IT with business in the face of Industry 4.0 challenges. A Systematic Literature Review was carried out and the Design Science Research method was applied, the methodological choice was complemented with the qualitative character and fifteen IT executives from national and multinational companies were interviewed. EA model, the research result, evolved the model proposed by Costa Silva et al. (2018) contributing to the alignment of IT with business in the fourth industrial revolution. |

Se realizó una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura, el método Design Science Research fue aplicado, la elección metodológica fue complementada con el carácter cualitativo y fueron entrevistados quince ejecutivos de TI de empresas nacionales y multinacionales. El modelo de EA resultado de la investigación evolucionó el modelo propuesto por Costa Silva et al. (2018) contribuyendo a la alineación de TI con los negocios en la cuarta revolución industrial.O objetivo deste trabalho é propor um modelo motivacional de arquitetura corporativa (EA) que represente a visão dos executivos de TI e potencialize o alinhamento da TI com os negócios ante os desafios da Indústria 4.0. Foi realizada uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura e aplicado o método Design Science Research, a escolha metodológica foi complementada com o caráter qualitativo e foram entrevistados quinze executivos de TI de empresas nacionais e multinacionais. O modelo de EA, resultado da pesquisa, evoluiu o modelo proposto por Costa Silva et al.
