The socio-spatial segregation has been a recurring dynamic in cities for centuries. Segregation this has already happened on ethnic, religious but currently goes under the logic of the capitalist system which occurs due to the purchasing power of the individual. The segregation that was before the imposition of a dominant group over a dominated group, replaced as company currently voluntary segregation or self-segregation. The segment of the population with high income shall no longer wishes to live and therefore live in the city with poverty, violence, dirt among many other urban problems, especially in large cities where they are intensified. The municipality of SP - Vinhedo located near São Paulo and Campinas two major urban center, currently has in its spatial structure, as well as its landscape, the strong presence of closed condominiums and subdivisions. Vinhedo has about a third of its registered lots (City Hall, 2014) in residential condominiums and subdivisions closed causing the exception of most Brazilian cities to become the rule. The territorialization of this type of activity concomitant displacement of agricultural production eventually generate social, economic and cultural changes for the city and it entrepreneurs. The study of the city from the perspective of urban geography is necessary given the peculiarities existing in this city
