Resumo: Despite a large literature on Lean Manufacturing, little effort has been devoted to synthesizing the state of the art on techniques that evaluate its deployments. Thus, this article aims to present a review of the literature on scientific methods of evaluation of lean manufacturing implementation, seeking to identify their constants in articles in the automotive area. Many articles, theses and dissertations related to the topic were identified from 2006 to November 2016. After the review, the publications were classified, using the following characterization parameters: type of methodological approach; author; Classical manufacturing practices evaluated; Among others. The main contribution of this research is to gather in a single material, an overview of the methods of using lean manufacturing, so that researchers and professionals of the engineering area select the method that best suits the reality of a certain company of the sector, or what offer a better perspective of complaints like Lean techniques tendencies

Com isso, este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar uma revisão da literatura sobre métodos científicos de avaliação da implantação da manufatura enxuta, buscando identificar suas constâncias em artigos na área automobilística. Foram identificados muitos artigos, teses e dissertações relacionados ao tema, no período de 2006 a novembro de 2016. Depois da revisão, as publicações foram classificadas, utilizando os seguintes parâmetros de caracterização: tipo de abordagem metodológica; autor; práticas clássicas da manufatura avaliadas; entre outros parâmetros complementares.
