Resumo: This project intent to clarify the weaknesses and injustices of gender relations and in what context these were designed. Refers to the contradictions generated by agribusiness and land concentration, government subsidies, environmental impacts and indiscriminate use of external inputs. In this scenario, agroecology makes use of sustainable forms of management, provides new perspectives in the way of life and agricultural production, with special emphasis on women's participation in rural activities, meeting the changing needs of the current productive system in rural areas, leading a natural process to agroecosystem. The movements of rural women workers are engaged and aware of the negative impacts of conventional agriculture and, among other things, seek to break with sexist conditions which they are subjected in the private and public sphere. For this, bibliographic reviews of documents will be carried out systematized by organizations or individual authors and analysis of secondary data on gender studies; in family and rural extension structure. Aponta as contradições geradas pelo agronegócio como concentração de terra, subsídios governamentais, impactos ambientais e uso indiscriminado de insumos externos. Neste cenário, a agroecologia que faz uso de formas de manejo, propicia novas perspectivas no modo de vida e produção agrícola, com especial destaque para a participação da mulher nas atividades rurais, atendendo as necessidades de mudança do sistema produtivo vigente no meio rural, conduzindo um processo natural ao agroecossistema. Os movimentos de mulheres trabalhadoras rurais estão engajados e cientes dos impactos negativos da agricultura convencional e, entre outros aspectos, buscam romper com condições sexistas as quais elas são submetidas no âmbito privado e público. Para isso, serão realizadas revisões bibliográficas de documentos sistematizados por organizações ou autores individuais e análise de dados secundários referentes a estudos de gênero; na estrutura familiar e extensão rural.
