Subject: This work aims to present how the solution of a problem in the area of technology was developed, referring to the project management of Senac São Paulo. The problem identified was the delay in project deliveries in the technology department. Application: The result obtained with the solution of the problem was the implementation of the DevOps methodology, as well as it was used and evidenced in conjunction with the Agile methodology of project management. Innovation: The opportunity identified was based on contemporary solutions and methodolo gies in the area of technology. Methodologies and solutions were adopted that were in corporated into the day-to-day of the company's technology professionals, using the most innovative solutions in the technological scope and that make up the solutions of control and management of projects and development belt, such as versioning, change control, application changes in productive environments, user experience, and predictive analysis. Complexity: With this work it is expected to reduce the number of projects in arrears, providing greater flexibility for application development and integration among team employees. The greatest difficulties when structural and departmental issues are analyzed were the resistance to the proposed changes, making use of the demonstration of partner ship and improvements in a cautious manner, demonstrating that the options had the par ticipation of all. Methodology applied: Ishikawa diagram was used to guide the processes that are or are not in conform ity.
