Resumo: This paper approaches labor rights as fundamental human rights, its relationship to individuals and effectiveness as well as the inability to kick themselves in relation to rights already conquered and the obligation to move forward. Presents a study on the labor market and economic relations both corporate, national and international influence on it, on the role of each social agent, and to what extent, flexibility creates or destroys jobs. Finally, the employment relationship is studying the power to remit the employer and its legal limits, and the limitation of power, especially in the collective aspect, the participation of the judiciary, the scope of their decisions and the importance of strengthening trade unions, as a way to implement democratic and labor relations.

Traz um estudo sobre o mercado de trabalho e como as relações econômicas empresariais, nacionais e internacionais exercem influência sobre o mesmo, sobre o papel de cada agente social, e, em que medida, flexibilizar cria ou destrói empregos.
