Resumo: Subject: Improvement in software change agility with adoption of management models and technology architecture. Application: This work presented a proposal to address problems in agility in software changes of the MDN bank (fictitious name), identified from the analysis of performance indicators and compared to large technology companies. Based on these indicators, it was found that there is a time-related problem to launch a new version of internet banking and mobile app for "legal entity" customers. Innovation: The solution adopted suggests, as a strategy, the innovation in processes incre-mentally, with the application of models adapted from agile. A proposal was elaborated, ob-serving the resources and capabilities necessary to s, the action plan and the implementation of the proposal to solve this problem through the adoption of agile practices and DevOps, including the modernization of the application architecture. Impact: The solution adopted has been increasing the speed of software delivery, reducing the waiting time to launch new features, and promoting greater competitiveness of MDN bank in its market. From this context is that this work contributes to meeting the expectations of the or-ganization. Thus, it is expected that the model presented, is replicated in other areas of tech-nology of the MDN bank. Complexity: Dealing with the area of technology of large organizations, as occurs in MDN brings a challenge due to the complexity of the relationships between the areas of develop-ment and operations, so there is a need for new ways of managing the process. Another criti-cal factor for success is the choice of what is effectively to modernize. Part of the develop-ment of this work took place over the COVID-19 crisis. Considering that the analyzed scenar-ios would not change significantly, it was understood to continue with work with teams and management remotely. In this sense, the creation and improvement of strategies to solve the problem, started from the recognition and understanding of values identified under the com-pany's strategy. Applied Methodology: The methodology for practical and applied work (PSPE/AO) of Mar-condes, Miguel, Franklin and Perez (2017) was used, with the use of interviews, the VRIO Model, Impact Grid Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, the SWOT Matrix.

Com base nesses indicadores, verificou-se que existe um proble-ma relacionado ao tempo para se lançar uma nova versão do internet banking e aplicativo mó-vel para os clientes “pessoa jurídica”. Inovação: A solução adotada sugere, como estratégia, a inovação em processos de forma in-cremental, com a aplicação de modelos adaptados do ágil. Elaborou-se uma proposta, obser-vando-se os recursos e capacidades necessárias, o plano de ações e a implementação da pro-posta para solução desse problema por meio da adoção de práticas ágeis e DevOps, incluindo a modernização da arquitetura dos aplicativos. Impacto: A solução adotada vem aumentando a velocidade de entrega de software, reduzindo o tempo de espera para lançamento de novas funcionalidades e promovendo maior competiti-vidade do banco MDN em seu mercado de atuação. A partir desse contexto é que este traba-lho vem contribuir com o atendimento às expectativas da organização. Desta forma, espera-se que o modelo apresentado, seja replicado em outras áreas de tecnologia do banco MDN. Complexidade: Tratar com área de tecnologia de grandes organizações, como ocorre no MDN traz um desafio em razão da complexidade das relações entre as áreas de desenvolvi-mento e de operações, por isso, há a necessidade de novos modos de administrar o processo. Outro fator crítico para o sucesso é a escolha do que é, efetivamente, que se deve modernizar. Parte do desenvolvimento deste trabalho aconteceu em meio à crise da COVID-19. Conside-rando que os cenários analisados não se modificariam de forma significativa, foi entendido continuar com o trabalho com as equipes e gestão de forma remota. Nesse sentido, a criação e o aprimoramento das estratégias para resolução do problema, partiram do reconhecimento e compreensão de valores identificados sob a óptica da empresa.
