Resumo: The present work proposes to develop, from guidelines, the architectural party of a Reception Center for the population in the street situation of San José, shelter, in search of resocialization and the social inclusion of them. In order to achieve the intended objectives, the work contextualizes and bases the theme through theoretical researches that will demonstrate that this population is increasing each year more, also verified the lack of necessary structure for these people. Para alcançar os objetivos pretendidos, o trabalho contextualiza e fundamenta o tema através de pesquisas teóricas que demonstrarão que essa população vem aumentando a cada ano mais, verificou-se também a falta de estrutura necessária para essas pessoas.
