Resumo: Currently, in Brazil most of the student housing is provided by universities, which according to research showed insufficient numbers of places to meet the demand of students. For this reason, many students seek conventional housing for living, and the vast majority do not have adequate structure, much less incentives for socialization among residents. This study presents a proposal for student housing in the Trindade neighborhood, in the city of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina. The project aims to provide students of universities and technical institutions in the city, not only a living space, but also a place of study and integration that contributes to the professional training and well-being of users. Thus having a dynamic space that can be adapted to the needs of residents. The proposal includes an area of ​​commerce and services that can meet the needs of the residents of the building and the neighborhood.

Por este motivo, muitos estudantes buscam moradias convencionais para viver, sendo que a grande maioria não apresenta estrutura adequada, muito menos incentivos à socialização entre os moradores. Este estudo vem apresentar uma proposta de Moradia Estudantil no bairro Trindade, na cidade de Florianópolis, Santa Catarina. O empreendimento tem o intuito de fornecer aos estudantes das universidades e instituições técnicas da cidade, não apenas um espaço de moradia, mas, também, um local de estudos e integração que contribua com a formação profissional e bem estar dos usuários. Pode-se ter assim, um espaço dinâmico que possa ser adequado às necessidades dos moradores.
