Resumo: The purpose of this monograph is to analyze the possibility of applying the theory of expansive disregard of legal personality to a person who is not expressly bound to a particular society, hiding behind a third party, based on doctrinal and jurisprudential understandings about the subject. The nature of the research, regarding the approach, is qualitative; as to the depth of the study, this research is exploratory; as to the procedure used in data collection, the present work is bibliographical and documentary. From the study, it was verified that, once a company has been established on behalf of third parties, or oranges, in order to protect private assets, it is possible to apply the disregard of the expansive legal personality to achieve the assets of the true holders of the company, according to doctrinal and jurisprudential understandings.

A natureza da pesquisa, quanto à abordagem, é qualitativa; quanto ao nível de profundidade do estudo, esta pesquisa é exploratória; quanto ao procedimento utilizado na coleta de dados, o presente trabalho é bibliográfico e documental.
