Resumo: ABSTRACT In this work, we will approach the protection of the work of minors in the scope of Labor Law. Unfortunately it is known that even today, there are many children and adolescents living in a state of labor exploitation, due to their fragility and often encouraged to join these jobs even by their parents and guardians, given that in certain cases, it is necessary to supplement your family income. However, it is proven that in the long term, there will certainly be many losses to his evolution as a human being, depriving him mostly of his most basic right, the right to education, considering that there is no time for reconciling the two tasks. Having verified these problems, Laws and Programs were created so that such jobs are no longer needed, bringing rules, rights and restrictions to the work of children and adolescents in order to protect them as considered today, subject to rights.

Infelizmente, sabe-se que na atualidade, ainda existem muitas crianças e adolescentes vivendo em estado de exploração trabalhista, por conta de sua fragilidade e muitas vezes incentivados a aderir a estes ofícios até mesmo por seus pais e tutores, tendo em vista que, em certos casos, se faz por necessidade à complementação de sua renda familiar. Porém, é comprovado que a longo prazo ocorrerão muitos prejuízos a sua evolução como ser humano, privando, em sua maioria, ao seu direito mais básico, o direito a educação, tendo em vista que não há tempo para conciliação das duas tarefas.
