Resumo: Design tools are means employed to reach an adequate solution, in order to supply the users' needs in an agile, efficient and innovative way. The study aims to propose a design tool to help structure the initial idea of projects, that is, the systematic organization of fundamental elements that can guide the development of a project. This research is characterized as applied, since it seeks to solve a concrete problem, and exploratory, since it intends to obtain a better understanding of the problem through a bibliographic survey. As a result, the Project Idea Canvas tool is presented, a framework to visually assist in understanding and organizing the initial idea of a project.

Las herramientas de diseño son medios utilizados para lograr una solución adecuada, con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades de los usuarios de forma ágil, eficaz e innovadora. El estudio tiene como objetivo proponer una herramienta de diseño que ayude en la estructuración de la idea inicial del proyecto, es decir, en la organización sistemática de elementos fundamentales que puedan guiar el desarrollo de un proyecto. Esta investigación se caracteriza como aplicada, ya que busca resolver un problema concreto y exploratorio, ya que el objetivo es obtener una mejor comprensión del problema a través de un levantamiento bibliográfico. Como resultado se presenta la herramienta Project Idea Canvas, un framework para ayudar visualmente a comprender y organizar la idea inicial de un proyecto.As ferramentas de design são meios empregados para se alcançar uma solução adequada, a fim de suprir as necessidades dos usuários de forma ágil, eficaz e inovadora. O estudo tem por objetivo propor uma ferramenta de design para auxiliar na estruturação da ideia inicial de projetos, ou seja, na organização sistemática de elementos fundamentais que podem nortear o desenvolvimento de um projeto. Esta pesquisa se caracteriza como aplicada, uma vez que busca resolver um problema concreto e de caráter exploratório, pois pretende-se obter um melhor entendimento do problema por meio de um levantamento bibliográfico.
