Resumo: | The paper tries to understand what makes the human being, when it is offered him the possibility to receive journalistic contend through electronic (radio and TV) and digital (Web) platforms, to prefer news that contain the perception of “real time”. Therefore, it was necessary to cross concepts and journalistic practices with information from other fields of knowledge, aiming to understand the phenomenon more clearly. The paper observed that the speed in the transmission of information, the use of human mental and biological times, and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have become, for Journalism, fundamental vectors for its “real time” business model. |

Para ello, era necesario cruzar los conceptos y las prácticas periodísticas con información de otras áreas del conocimiento humano, con el fin de comprender el fenómeno con mayor claridad. El estudio constata que la velocidad de transmisión de información, el uso de los tiempos biológico y humano y las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) se han convertido, para el periodismo, los vectores esenciales para su modelo de negocio de "tiempo real”.O artigo procura entender o que leva o ser humano, quando lhe é oferecida a possibilidade de receber conteúdo jornalístico através de plataformas eletrônicas (rádio e TV) e/ou digitais (Web), preferir notícias que contenham a percepção de "tempo real". Para isso, foi necessário cruzar conceitos e práticas jornalísticas com informações de outras áreas do conhecimento humano, visando compreender o fenômeno de forma mais clara.
