Resumo: Human trafficking is a complex phenomenon, multidimensional, configured by a combination of factors. The method aimed at sexual exploitation, is at odds with human rights and human dignity is present in several countries, whether these receptors or exporters, and fight initially starts at domestic level in the countries but must have international support, because of its scope and effects. The countries of actions and international organizations should be based on new paradigms evaluative, ethical, legal and coping, integrated social policies, with the central axis human rights to obtain more effective results.
