Resumo: As doenças crônicas não transmissíveis (DCNT) constituem um dos principais desafios ao desenvolvimento e ao bem-estar das populações. A partir das normativas emitidas pelo sistema da Organização das Nações Unidas (FAO, ECOSOC, AGNU e OMS), argumenta-se que a Agenda 2030 está parcialmente convergente com as recomendações desses organismos. Explica-se essa harmonização parcial pela via da coerência política, ilustrando vetores explicativos no período de 2005 a 2019 para produtos associados a fatores de risco de DCNT: álcool, agrotóxicos, alimentos ultra processados e tabaco.
