Resumo: This article presents a new reading of the book of Leviticus starting from the feminist hermeneutic, aiming at the deconstruction of a patriarchal and metaphysical interpretation of the sacred text. Instead of the culture of argumentative language, the text considers the material culture and the corporeity. Finally, it points the need of a theological reading that it considers the alterity in its diversity.
