Resumo: This article struggles against the tendency to think about preaching as an isolated event of liturgy, as if preaching could be understood without the prayers, songs and sacraments, as well as the complexities of the presence of the other and the challenges of the world. Thus, it seeks to establish a closer relationship between preaching and three fundamental liturgies, namely, the liturgy of the church, which is the complex compound of Christian traditions, the liturgy of the other, which is the attention to the presence of the other, and the liturgy of the world, which is the constant approaching and prophetic critique of the life of the world, the globalization processes, etc. in the life of the church.

Assim, pretende-se aqui estabelecer uma relação mais próxima entre a pregação e essas três liturgias fundamentais, a saber, a liturgia da igreja, que é o composto complexo das tradições cristãs, a liturgia do próximo, que é o componente de serviço com o outro, e a liturgia do mundo, que é a constante aproximação e crítica profética da vida do mundo, dos processos de globalização, etc. na vida da igreja.
