Pedagogicamente, como apresentar valores específicos da contemporaneidade sem uma perspectiva de mudanças? Quais os meios técnicos e instrumentais das instituições educacionais (escola, igreja, empresas) para averiguar as questões atuais que se referem à ética e suas respectivas reflexões críticas comportamentais? Perguntas como essas permeiam todo o trabalho e adentram no âmbito histórico-social, cultural e educacional. A dissertação inicia refletindo sobre a gênese da formação colonial brasileira, indicando teoricamente as principais implicações sociais na construção da consciência ética do povo brasileiro. Por mais que variem os enfoques filosóficos ou mesmo as condições históricas, algumas noções, ainda que bastante abstratas, permanecem firmes e consistentes na ética. Pois cada acontecimento histórico tem sua estação, e que não dever ser visto pelo calor circunstancial peculiar à época em que ele ocorre, mas também no sentido de que cada acontecimento valida o destino de uma cultura que está inseparável do processo existencial da espécie humana. A ética e a moral aplicadas à educação fundamentam-se pelo crivo da criticidade, particularizando cada ação individual. Os reflexos dessa ação individual devem iniciar na ação pedagógica da escola numa perspectiva de importunar os acomodados (moralistas) da atual sociedade. Contudo, o julgamento concreto de cada ação exige exatamente todos os pressupostos éticos. Eis o grande desafio. Diante da massificação, da indústria cultural, da ditadura dos meios de comunicação e até mesmo diante das ditaduras políticas, como educar jovens com autonomia de reflexão. Compreender como jovens, conscientemente, saibam escolher entre o bem e mal em suas tomadas de decisão. Este estudo tem por objetivo analisar as concepções sobre a Ética, Cidadania e Direitos Fundamentais na formação de jovens no curso técnico profissionalizante em agropecuária integrado ao ensino médio.Is it possible to think of a morally ethical education? Pedagogically, how does one present specific values of contemporaneity without a perspective of change? What are the technical and instrumental means of educational institutions (school, church, businesses) to research the current issues which refer to ethics and its respective behavioral critical reflections? Questions such as these permeate the whole work and penetrate the historical-social, cultural and educational environment. The thesis begins reflecting on the beginnings of Brazilian colonial education, theoretically indicating the main social implications in the construction of the ethical conscience of the Brazilian people. For as much as the philosophical foci or even the historical conditions vary, some notions, albeit quite abstract, remain firm and consistent in ethics. Since each historical happening has its season, and it shouldn’t be seen only in the peculiar circumstantial heat of the time in which it occurs, but it should also be seen in the sense that each happening validates the destiny of a culture which is inseparable from the existential process of the human species. The ethics and the morality applied to education are founded through the prism of criticity, particularizing each individual action. The reflections of this individual action should begin in the pedagogical action of the school in a perspective of dislodging the (moralist) accommodated ones of the current society. However, the concrete judgment of each action demands precisely all the ethical presuppositions. Hence the great challenge. Faced with massification, with the cultural industry, with the dictatorship of the means of communication and even with the political dictatorships how can youths be educated with autonomy of reflection? Understand how youth, consciously, know how to choose between good and evil in their decision making.
