Cartography of tensions in mental health care from the “userguide” analysis tool

Resumo: | From the cartography method conduction, this research sought to investigate, with workers and users of a psychosocial care center, the ways of everyday invention of mental health care, considering the effects of micropolitics of work and the pandemic context of COVID-19. Health work, in this sense, is a micropolitical production among all the actors involved in the territory in which the Psychiatric Reform takes place in daily life, going through numerous challenges in a field of forces and clashes for the consolidation of a psychosocial care model based on care in freedom, citizenship and autonomy of users of mental health services. In order to carry out the investigation, cartography was established in two acts: in the first one, with a collective of workers from a psychosocial care center, the tool ‘user-guide’, which intends to build the narrative of a user’s care path; in the second, together with the users of the same service, their unique paths were built in the search for mental health care. |

El trabajo en materia de salud, en este sentido, es una producción micropolítica entre todos los actores implicados en el territorio en el que se desarrolla la reforma psiquiátrica en el cotidiano, que pasa por numerosos desafíos en un campo de fuerzas y embates para la consolidación de un modelo de atención psicosocial basado en la atención en libertad, la ciudadanía y la autonomía de los usuarios de los servicios de salud mental. Para llevar a cabo la investigación, la cartografía se estableció en dos actos: en el primero se produjo, con un colectivo de trabajadores de un centro de atención psicosocial, la herramienta ‘usuarioguía’, que pretende construir la narrativa de la ruta de atención de un usuario; en el segundo, se construyó, junto con los usuarios del mismo servicio, sus itinerarios singulares en la búsqueda de la atención en salud mental.Ao partir da condução do método da cartografia, esta pesquisa buscou investigar, com trabalhadores e usuários de um centro de atenção psicossocial, os modos de invenção cotidiana do cuidado em saúde mental, considerando os efeitos da micropolítica do trabalho e o contexto pandêmico da Covid-19. O trabalho em saúde, nesse sentido, é uma produção micropolítica entre todos os atores envolvidos no território em que a Reforma Psiquiátrica acontece no cotidiano, perpassando por inúmeros desafios em um campo de forças e embates para a consolidação de um modelo de atenção psicossocial pautado no cuidado em liberdade, na cidadania e na autonomia dos usuários dos serviços de saúde mental. Para realizar a investigação, a cartografia se estabeleceu em dois atos: no primeiro, produziu-se, com um coletivo de trabalhadores de um centro de atenção psicossocial, a ferramenta ‘usuário-guia’, que pretende construir a narrativa do percurso de cuidado de um usuário; no segundo, construiu-se, juntamente com os usuários do mesmo serviço, seus percursos singulares na busca pelo cuidado em saúde mental.
