Resumo: Based on a dialectical-qualitative literature research, the following study proposes  to reflect on sexuality and gender issues in a social-cultural perspective and from the point of view of Women, Family, and Human Rights Ministry Palace. In this respect, we intend to break with the hetero-normative, chauvinist discourse promoted by federal government executive officials, so aiming to diffuse human rights as being inherent to all people regardless of race, color, gender, religion, ethnicity, language or any other condition. We need to break up excluding speeches and ensure the right to life and freedom, without distinction of any kind, as well as to reinforce that public officials must counteract any discriminatory practices that go against human rights.

En este sentido rompemos con el discurso heteronormativo y machista promovido por los agentes públicos del ejecutivo federal brasileño y propagamos los derechos humanos, como siendo los derechos inherentes a todos y todas las personas, independientemente de la raza, el color, el género, el credo, la etnia, el idioma y cualquier otra condición. Tenemos que romper con los discursos que excluyen los sujetos y pregonar el derecho a la vida y a la libertad y sin ningún tipo de discriminación y fortalecemos que los líderes públicos deben luchar contra toda y cada una de las prácticas que violen los derechos humanos.O presente estudo propõe, a partir de estudo bibliográfico qualitativo dialético, refletir sobre a temática sexualidade e gênero na perspectiva sócio cultural e sob as lentes do Palácio do Planalto e do Ministério da Mulher, da Família e dos Direitos Humanos. Neste sentido rompemos com o discurso heteronormativo e machista promovido pelos agentes públicos do executivo federal brasileiro e propagamos os direitos humanos, como sendo direitos inerentes a todos e todas pessoas, não importando raça, cor, sexo, credo, etnia, idioma e qualquer outra condição.
