Resumo: The female population seems to be more susceptible to psychic suffering during the COVID-19 social distance regimen. In this sense, especially intervention as a multiprofessional type, has been considered potential for mental health. Thus, the aim of the present study was to analyze the effects of multiprofessional intervention, composed by physical exercise, psychological and nutritional support in female students during COVID-19 social distance regimen. The study was structured in: 1) Multiprofessional Intervention group (n=6) - supervisioned physical exercise, twice a week, 50 minutes per session, conducted by videoconference system, also psychological and nutritional support once a week throughout videos; 2) Control group (n=5) - the control group maintained their usual routine and they received a booklet with exercise suggestions, psychological and nutritional support by texts. Sociodemographic; level of physical activity; quality of life; sleep; stress, depression and anxiety data were obtained by Google forms, via Structured anamnesis; International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ); Medical Outcomes Study-36-Item Short - Form Health Survey (SF-36); Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index; Depression Anxiety Stress scale-21, pre and post-10 weeks- intervention. The U Mann Whitney was used in the baseline and the descriptive statistics was used to compare the groups. As main results, the Multiprofessional Intervention group had more pronounced improvement in the sleep quality in 16.66% of the sample. Improvements in the quality-of-life domains were found: 5.00 in physical functioning; 25.00 in Physical aspects; 5.00 in Pain and 16.66 in Emotional aspects in the Multiprofessional Intervention group. The results were similar in anxiety and stress levels between the groups. Thus, the multiprofessional seems to contribute to the sleep quality and quality of life, suggesting the benefits to female students’ mental health.
