Resumo: Health and education are important knowledge fields for both human development and quality of life. Physical Education is a cultural act of education through health. It is based on its pedagogic and hygienic aspect, as a continuous practical and theoretical inter-relation contributing to the formation of a self-educated citizen, straightly related to the human existence, representing health, while it works on education, prevention and treatment of diseases, stimulating critical sense, making the individual more conscious.
