Resumo: The elderly represent one of the phases of the human life cycle, they are more susceptible to falls, due to chronic diseases and the aging process itself. This study is reflective, synthesized according to the reading of articles, books and different contents in the year 2022. It was noticed that prevention is the best way to avoid further damage to the health of the elderly.
