Resumo: This study aims to make a characterization of the isertion of the Pulp and Paper and Wood and Furniture sectors on Paraná State economy. Two applications of the input-output matrix were used: Rasmussen-Hirschman linkage indexes and field of influence. These techniques are complementary for indentifying the key sectors of an economy. Still, the RH index permits to evaluate the importance of a sector as demader or supplier of inputs.

Para tanto, foram utilizadas duas aplicações da matriz insumo-produto, os Índices de Ligações Rasmussen-Hirschman e o Campo de Influência. Essas aplicações são complementares na identificação de setoreschave da economia.
