Resumo: With the Covid-19 pandemic, services offered by CAPS had to be suspended/adapted to remote mode, including therapeutic workshops. Therefore, this report aims to present the internship experience of students in online workshops at a Psychosocial Care Center and identify whether they played a role in psychosocial support for their users. The report has a qualitative-descriptive character and supervised meetings were held in 2021, which included the participation of students from the Psychology course at a University and psychologists from a CAPS in the interior of Minas Gerais. As results, two thematic axes were established: (1) impasses related to access to workshops and (2) psychosocial support. It is concluded that, due to the pandemic, there was an increase in demand for services and worsening of symptoms among CAPS users. The relevance of remote workshops is evident, which faced some obstacles, but the institution fulfilled its role of psychosocial support for users.

Então, o presente relato tem como objetivo apresentar a experiência de estágio de discentes em oficinas online de um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial e identificar se estas desempenharam papel de suporte psicossocial para seus usuários. O relato apresenta caráter qualitativo-descritivo e foram realizados encontros supervisionados em 2021, que contaram com a participação de discentes do curso de Psicologia de uma Universidade e psicólogas de um CAPS do interior de Minas Gerais. Como resultados, foram estabelecidos dois eixos temáticos: (1) impasses relacionados ao acesso às oficinas e (2) suporte psicossocial. Conclui-se que, em razão da pandemia, houve um aumento da demanda pelos serviços e agravamento dos sintomas dos usuários do CAPS.
