Resumo: Objective: to identify the main factors that influence low-risk pregnant women's non-adherence to prenatal care offered in Primary Health Care. Method: this is a integrative literature review, which sought scientific articles on the subject published between 2019 and 2023, in the Pubmed, Google Scholar, Scielo and Virtual Health Library databases, with eight studies selected, analyzed and discussed. Conclusion: low-risk pregnant women's lack of adherence to prenatal care is a complex and multifactorial challenge. Socioeconomic, cultural, psychosocial and organizational aspects act in an interconnected way, influencing the paths that each pregnant woman takes in search of assistance and care during pregnancy.

Método: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura, que buscou artigos científicos sobre o tema publicados entre 2013 e 2023, nas bases de dados Pubmed, Google Acadêmico, Scielo e Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde, tendo oito estudos selecionados, analisados e discutidos. Conclusão: a falta de adesão das gestantes de baixo risco ao pré-natal é um desafio complexo e multifatorial.
