Resumo: | Regulatory substances can assist in the initial growth of plants by the ability to interfere with physiological mechanisms. Thus, the initial growth of peanut plants was evaluated using phytotechnical indicators, after the direct application to the seeds, the bioactivator Fertiactyl® LEG and the biostimulant Stimulate®. The experiment was completely randomized, with three replications, with the treatments arranged in a factorial scheme [(2 x 4) + 2]. The seeds were submitted to the treatments: T1 (4.0), T2 (8.0), T3 (12.0), T4 (16.0) mL of Fertiactyl®, T5 (6.0), T6 (12, 0), T7 (18.0), T8 (24.0) mL of Stimulate®, T9 - absolute control (TAB), T10 (5 mL of water kg-1 seeds). Then, they were distributed in polyethylene bags (2 kg) 15 cm wide x 20 cm long, filled with substrate composed of surface earth, subsoil, compost and super simple. Three seeds were placed per bag in each repetition. At 14 days after sowing (DAS), thinning was carried out, leaving one plant per bag. At 30 DAS, plant height (cm), main stem diameter, number of leaves, dry root weight, stems and leaves and leaf area (dm2) were evaluated. Regression analysis was applied to evaluate the characteristics studied, which were adjusted to polynomial regression equations to evaluate the effect of product doses. For statistical analysis, the SISVAR statistical program was used. The Fertiactyl® LEG bioactivator promotes a larger diameter of the main stem and a dry matter mass of root and leaves. There was a higher average in the number of leaves for the treatments that received the application of the products, and the average of the number of stems and dry matter weight of the root was higher for the control treatments. |

O uso de bioativador Fertiactyl® LEG no tratamento de sementes de amendoim promove um aumento de 13,79% no diâmetro da haste principal e 30,68% na massa de matéria seca de raiz e resulta em maior crescimento e desenvolvimento da planta.SAS2021-09-30info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://www.southamericansciences.com.br/index.php/sas/article/view/11010.52755/sas.v2iedesp1.110South American Sciences; Vol. 2 Núm. edesp1 (2021): Anais do XVIII Encontro Sobre a Cultura do Amendoim; e21110South American Sciences; v. 2 n. edesp1 (2021): Anais do XVIII Encontro Sobre a Cultura do Amendoim; e211102675-722210.52755/sas.v2iedesp1reponame:South American Sciencesinstname:Instituto Prosinstacron:PROSporhttps://www.southamericansciences.com.br/index.php/sas/article/view/110/129Copyright (c) 2021 Ellen Rayssa Oliveira, Clovis Pereira Peixoto, Ademir Trindade Almeida, João Albany Costa, Elvis Lima Vieira, Daniele Oliveira Cunha, Valfredo da Silva Pereirahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessOliveira, Ellen RayssaPeixoto, Clovis Pereira Almeida, Ademir Trindade Costa, João Albany Vieira, Elvis Lima Cunha, Daniele Oliveira Pereira, Valfredo da Silva2021-09-30T17:47:53Zoai:ojs2.southamericansciences.com.br:article/110Revistahttps://www.southamericansciences.com.br/index.php/sasPRIhttps://www.southamericansciences.com.br/index.php/sas/oaisoares-agro@hotmail.com || atenaconsultoriac@gmail.com2675-72222675-7222opendoar:2021-09-30T17:47:53South American Sciences - Instituto Prosfalse |
