Resumo: En analysant les concepts de santé et de la maladie dans les théories de Georges Canguilhem et Donald Winnicott cet article suppose qu il existe des similitudes dans la pensée de ces auteurs, qui permettent l utilisation des concepts du philosophe français pour contribuer à une pratique clinique fondé sur une base théorique proposé par le psychanalyste britannique. Les idées de normativité vitale dans la philosophie et de la créativité dans la théorie psychanalytique, quand articulées, deviennent complémentaires et ouvre des possibilités de penser la psychanalyse à travers un paradigme immanente et relationnelle, que se oppose à un modèle psychanalytique plus classique.
