The scope of this study is to address issues related to hiring and inclusion of people with disabilities (PWD's) in the Brazilian labor market. That issue is of fundamental importance, and where there is a remarkable attempt to ensure effective equality with the right to work of persons with disabilities. In general, this study seeks to identify the main difficulties in hiring disabled cleared and rehabilitated, as well as verify the obstacles faced by PCDs in the inappropriateness of the physical and social environment, with the concept, characteristics and consequences for noncompliance with the applicable standard. The study was divided into four main stages, the first in which is discussed the historical evolution of the disabled population, the second where we approached the general and legal concept of PWD 's, the third where we present the main difficulties of integration and inclusion of PCD in the market work, and the last which include penalties imposed on companies that fail to comply with legal quotas
