“Legal” Grandparenthood: interdisciplinary views on judicial custody

Resumo: The objective of this paper was to offer an expanded and diversified look to the theme of the first author's thesis about the legal adoption of grandchildren by grandparents, based on the contributions offered by the examiners at the time of defense/viva. It presents a summary view of the thesis, plus a bibliographic review and methodological considerations regarding systemic theory. It concludes that grandparents who have legal custody of their grandchildren represent a restorative foundation of the thread that links these people as a family.Keywords: Grandparents; Judicial guard; Interdisciplinarity.

Presenta una visión resumida de la tesis, además de una revisión bibliográfica y consideraciones metodológicas sobre la teoría sistémica. Se concluye que los abuelos que tienen la custodia legal de sus nietos representan una base fundacional y restauradora del hilo que une a estas personas como familia.Keywords: Abuelos; Guardia judicial; Interdisciplinariedad.O objetivo deste trabalho foi oferecer um olhar ampliado e diversificado ao tema da tese da primeira autora, sobre a adoção legal de netos por avós, a partir das contribuições oferecidas pela Banca no momento da defesa.
