Football became the most popular sport in the world, constituting a phenomenon increasingly demanding and challenging. Football, the match and the teams are developing, producing fast-paced shows and requiring increasingly smart players and coaches, each time more competent and able to lead and learn and know how to communicate in order to motivate the team, towards Success. The responsibility of the coach is to teach/train and develop players, as well as organize the team, following principles, choosing strategies, analyzing results and making decisions. Therefore, the best coaches, analyze, make plans, anticipate or face difficulties, work, think, improve and seek ways to understand means to involve and how to develop them... Being a coach is a demanding task that entails increased knowledge and improvement of practices in the construction and application in the training process and in the management of the competition. The Internship is an indispensable learning process to any professional who wants to be prepared to face the challenges of the future profession, providing a unique experience in their training, both professionally and personally. It is an excellent opportunity to learn the particularities, the mission and the reality of a coach's day-to-day life while at the same time actively experiencing the theoretical foundations acquired during several years of training, relating and consolidating skills, with the daily sport, of a football coach, in a great club. In this sense, the goals that I set out for this stage were: the role of the coach in the teaching/learning process of Football; the intervention of the coach during training and competition; the construction of a match - Match Model and the choice of specific exercises.
