O trabalho descreve um estudo de caso científico-didático sobre o ensino explícito da sequência textual argumentativa e o seu contributo para o desenvolvimento do desempenho dos alunos na estruturação do discurso na aula de Português do Ensino Secundário e, por outro lado, o modo como a integração e mobilização de saberes desenvolve a capacidade de argumentação dos alunos do Ensino Secundário na área disciplinar do Latim. As aplicações didáticas foram realizadas em Português numa turma de 12.º ano e em Latim numa turma de 11.º ano. Este Relatório divide-se em duas partes: a primeira parte contém dois capítulos, um com a contextualização socioeducativa, outro com a descrição da prática pedagógica supervisionada e respetiva reflexão crítica. A segunda parte compreende, também, dois capítulos, um constituído pelo enquadramento teórico e o último em que se demonstra o procedimento metodológico usado, a reprodução do processo de didatização e a análise dos dados obtidos. Na elaboração teórica deste trabalho observou-se a dimensão textual/discursiva da sequência textual argumentativa em contexto escolar, com destaque para as marcas de género textual no texto de opinião. Considerou-se a evolução histórica da argumentação, tendo sido dada relevância aos conceitos clássicos de retórica e ars oratoria. As aplicações didáticas permitiram concluir que a integração e mobilização de saberes desenvolve a capacidade de argumentação dos alunos.This report was written during the supervised teaching practice of the Master's in Teaching Portuguese in the 3rd cycle of basic education and secondary education and Latin in secondary education. The work describes a scientific-didactic case study about the explicit teaching of the argumentative textual sequence and its contribution to the development of the students' performance in the structuring of discourse in the Portuguese class in secondary school and, on the other hand, how the integration and mobilization of knowledge develops the argumentative capacity of secondary school students in the disciplinary area of Latin. The didactic applications were carried out in Portuguese in a 12th grade course and in Latin in a 11th grade course. This report is divided into two parts: the first part contains two chapters, one with the socio-educational contextualization, the other with the description of the supervised teaching practice and its critical reflection. The second part also includes two chapters, one consisting of the theoretical framework and the last demonstrating the methodological procedure used, the reproduction of the teaching process and the analysis of the data obtained.In the theoretical elaboration of this work we observed the textual/discursive dimension of the argumentative textual sequence in school context, with emphasis on the marks of textual genre in the opinion text. The historical evolution of argumentation was considered, with relevance given to the classical concepts of rhetoric and ars oratoria.
