Resumo: The extrapulmonary involvement of tuberculo­sis, particularly of the meninges or spinal cord, although uncommon, is a potentially curable con­ dition if recognised and treated adequately at an early stage. This association, with epidemiologic, clinical and laboratory data and evolution typical of this disease was studied in one patient.
