Resumo: Nestlé S.A is the world’s largest food company in the world. It operates in over189 countries, with sales channels over the majority of Zone AMS, EMENA and AOA. Furthermore, its business covers a wide range of products, being Coffee, Nutrition and Water among the most attractive investment ones. As stated in the company’s strategy, Nestlé plans to keep investing on them. AWACC approach was then conducted for purposes of estimating the target price for this company, in order to test if these markets are expected to behave the same givenCOVID-19pandemicand how will that affect the company its elf and its peers. Furthermore, along with a Multiples and Sensitivity Analysis it is possible to infer about the credibility of this strategy, given current crisis and each individual market needs and characteristics.
