Quer o EP, quer o Relatório de Estágio surgem no âmbito das respetivas unidades curriculares do 2º ano do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, da Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física da Universidade de Coimbra.Segundo Tavares e Queiroz (2014) o estágio pedagógico é um processo de autoformação, que nos permite confrontar as nossas expetativas iniciais, experiências e conhecimentos teórico-práticos com contextos reais de trabalho, onde necessitamos de encontrar soluções para os problemas que nos vão surgindo. O estágio pedagógico fornece os instrumentos necessários para a formação de professores capazes de desenvolver processos de ensino-aprendizagem eficazes, onde os professores aprimoram a sua qualidade de intervenção pedagógica para com os seus alunos (Konstantinou, 2021).O presente documento inclui a devida reflexão e transmissão das experiências vividas ao longo deste ano letivo, procurando analisar as diferentes dimensões de planeamento, realização e avaliação dos conteúdos, no sentido de partilhar um testemunho daquele que foi o nosso processo de formação como professores estagiários da disciplina de educação física.Assim sendo, este documento está organizado em três grandes capítulos, no primeiro capítulo é realizada uma contextualização da prática desenvolvida, contando com a história de vida e o projeto formativo, e a caraterização das condições locais e relação educativa. O segundo capítulo compreende uma análise reflexiva da nossa prática pedagógica relativamente às atividades de ensino aprendizagem, organização e gestão escolar, projetos e parcerias educativas, e a atitude ético-profissional. Finalmente, o terceiro capítulo dará lugar ao aprofundamento do Tema-Problema denominado por Perceção e Utilização dos Estilos de Ensino em Educação Física - análise comparativa entre professores estagiários e professores em diferentes ciclos da carreira.This document is the result of a reflective analysis of our intervention in the Teacher Training (TT) developed during the school year of 2021/2022 at Avelar Brotero Secondary School with the class of 10º1A. Both the TT and the Internship Report are part of the respective curricular units of the 2nd year of the Master’s Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Schools, from the Faculty of Sports Sciences and Physical Education of the University of Coimbra.According to Tavares e Queiroz (2014), the TT is a self-training process that allows us to confront our initial expectations, experiences, and theoretical-practical knowledge with the reality of work contexts, in which we need to find solutions to the problems that arise. The TT provides the necessary tools for developing teachers capable of effective teaching-learning processes, whereby teachers improve the quality of pedagogical interventions towards their students (Konstantinou, 2021).The following document includes the due reflection and transmission of the experiences lived throughout this school year, seeking to review the different dimensions of planning, implementation, and assessment of the contents, in order to share a testimony of what was our formative process as student teachers of physical education.Therefore, this document is structured into three main chapters. The first one presents a contextualization of the practice developed, including the life story and formative project, as well as the characterization of the local conditions and the educational relationship. The second chapter comprises a reflective analysis of our pedagogical practice regarding teaching-learning activities, school organization and management, educational projects and partnerships, and the ethical-professional attitude.
