Resumo: This project studies a real case scenario, where the main goal is to make an accurate acquisition of the KPIs of a production line. With this information we want to balance the production line in order to improve the performance indicators previously collected. For this, we use optimization techniques with different optimization tools, allied to a simulation model that represents the reality of the case study.
