Summary: Through the artistic circulating platforms as the CSO Congress and their associated journals, an essayistic production has been arising about emerging artists from the new creative powers. This challenge has been persecuted with consistency and sustainability; new connections between artists, year after year. The authorsfrom Portugal become aware, more than the well-established Eurocentric artists but of discursive art alternatives in the world of Iberian languages. is an alternative, an instance of affirmation, implementation for a creative and perspective of critical thinking.
