Resumo: | Nowadays, Wireless Power Transmission (WPT) is being studied as a possible solution to some of the energy problems globally. Regarding this technology there are still advances to be completed. This dissertation focuses on WPT radiative and not only addresses a theoretical study about the implementation of a satellite to supply a lunar station, but also the development of an important module for a complete system aimed to charge mobile devices. In the first part of this dissertation a simulator is implemented with the objective of evaluating a lunar satellite orbit and obtaining information regarding the minimum distance for transmission and the available energy to operate the on-board transmitters. The simulator allows to change the characteristics of the satellite, the different parameters of the transmitter system and to perform an evaluation for different orbits. As an example, it is demonstrated how it is possible a Energy Budget evaluation, in which the amount of energy reaching the lunar station is estimated by assuming the necessary specifications. The other part of the dissertation contributes to the development of a module designated as Feedback Channel for use in WPT systems on Earth. Integrated into such system, it measures the power in the receiver and communicates that information to the transmitter, so the transmitter adjusts the focus direction to the direction with the highest power value. The approach used in the Feedback Channel is intended not to use complex methods, but to be easily modified for systems requiring other characteristics and to be the target of study for the tarting point of similar modules for the satellite analyzed in the first part. |
