It is considered that in modern times the practice of medical futility tends to occur. The nurses try to intervene but feel their professional limitation so consider should have a more active participation in decision makingCon el avance de la tecnología fue posible prolongar el proceso de vida/muerte del paciente, algunas veces, prolongando una vida sin calidad. Las enfermeras tratan de intervenir, pero siente una limitación profesional y consideran que deberían tener una participación más activa en la toma de decisionesWith the advancement of technology it was possible to prolong the process of life/death of the patient, sometimes prolonging a life without quality.
