A adaptação ao meio aquático compreende a aquisição de habilidades aquáticas fundamentais, atitudes e aprendizagens, descendendo à aquisição de habilidades aquáticas mais avançadas, como as técnicas de nado e segurança no meio aquático. Esta proposta metodológica visa permitir aos alunos observarem o seu corpo dentro de água através de um espelho, que se encontra no fundo da piscina. Para uma melhor observação e tendo em conta, que as nossas primeiras aprendizagens são feitas através da imitação e observação dos nossos familiares, grupo e semelhantes, a utilização de materiais que possam refletir a própria imagem é um meio extremamente pertinente. Assim, esta proposta vai ajudar não só o aluno no seu processo de aprendizagem, como também o professor nas correções a fazer e inovação da sua metodologia de trabalho. O aluno ao visualizar a sua imagem, tem tendência a melhorá-la e assim a desenvolver as técnicas de natação.   ABSTRACT Aquatic readiness senses the acquisition of fundamental aquatic skills, attitudes and learnings, descending to the acquisition of more advanced aquatic skills, such as swimming strokes and water safety. This methodological proposal will allow students to observe their body inside water through a mirror. The mirrors are going to be fixed on the bottom of the pool. Considering that our early learning is done through the imitation and observation of our family and identical groups the use of materials that can reflect our image is an extremely relevant device. This method will help not only the student in their learning process, but also the teacher in the corrections and innovation of this methodology. The learner in visualizing his image, tends to improve it and then develop swimming strokes.
