Resumo: This work project develops the design and features of a digital solution for building trade businesses in the construction industry, which lags behind other economic sectors in terms of digitisation. In this regard, great potential to improve business processes with a digital solution was identified. Three loops yielded precious user feedback by utilising the iterative innovation approach design thinking. Based on ever refined versions of this digital solution, it was found that a hybrid application suitable for web and mobile access would satisfy the needs of the industry the best. This development process required high degrees of flexibility and pronounced willingness to adapt to changing user requests. Ultimately, the designed hybrid applications hould not be the sole contribution of this work project. Instead, the process should also serve as an example for future similar projects and may be consulted as a guideline.
