This review reports the main results for pain and quality of life for people with fibromyalgia syndrome who participated in Pilates interventions, as well as the method’s prescription, the variables and the instruments used in the interventions to better understand the physical education professional who will intervene with the Pilates method in people with fibromyalgia syndrome. Following the inclusion criteria, 5 studies were selected. The results found improved quality of life and decreased pain.
