Resumo: Lupoid sclerosis (LS) is a polemic entity. LS comprises features of both systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and multiple sclerosis (MS). Diagnostic criteria are a matter of debate, as well as the role of antinuclear and antiphospholipid antibodies. We here report 5 cases whereby LS could be postulated. Clinical and laboratory findings are discussed, and an updating of the literature on LS is brought about.
