Resumo: This work seeks in geography the category of Sacred Space analysis for the development of the case study centered on the Candomblé terreiro Ilé Alaketu Asè Omó Logunèdé. In the course of the work, it was also necessary to briefly reassemble the process of the African diaspora and how the memories of this diaspora reverberate in the religion of African matrix in our object of study.
