Reconstructive avalanches: dialetic and hermeneutic movements of transformation intertwined with the discursive textual analysis

Resumo: This text investigates experiences of beginner researchers in their appropriation of the Discursive Textual Analysis and its application to their studies. The central argument of the text is that involvement with the DTA implies transformations in researchers, since it challenges them in terms of research assumptions that can reformulate their epistemological, ontological and methodological pre-understanding. In this process, researchers become authors. Thus, the DTA is shown as a radically qualitative approach in connection with Hermeneutics, in which language exhibits production and expression of the resulting understanding. O argumento central do texto é que o envolvimento com a ATD implica transformações no pesquisador, apresentando-lhe desafios frente a pressupostos de pesquisa que podem reformular suas pré-compreensões epistemológicas, ontológicas e metodológicas. Neste processo, o pesquisador torna-se autor. Mostra-se, assim, que a ATD é uma abordagem radicalmente qualitativa, com aproximações da Hermenêutica, em que a linguagem mostra a produção e expressão das compreensões produzidas.
